Greetings all, welcome to the end of 2022! Although the year
still had remnants of the pandemic and other respiratory and
health conditions that have affected us locally and nationally,
vaccinations, social distancing and masking have now led us to a
place of more opportunity to get out and return to loved
activities, workouts, social events, and for many of us, travel.
We too ventured to our 27th MS 150 (the Purple Pumpers) and had
the opportunity for several bike treks throughout the state.
We hope to continue these next season!
Return to Annual
Christmas Breakfast!!!
For nearly 25 years our fitness family got together for a
Christmas breakfast the week prior to Christmas. We are
planning to return to a breakfast again this year! Please note, we
will have a breakfast sometime between Tuesday December 19 and
Thursday December 21st. If you are interested in joining us let me
know!

A Look Back at the Year!...
Our planned trip to Florida was cancelled
due to the flight mayhem so we drove to Colorado in December /
January- Much Fun!

2022 Training Rides and the MS 150- Thanks to the Purple
Pumpers and all who have donated- we've now collected over
$175,000!
Training Ride: Saturday July 23rd Sakatah in
Fairbault to Waterville for lunch and back (32 miles):

rush to the store
As the season unfolds
and knocks at our door
The trees all need trimming
The stockings must be hung
The cards must be written
The bells must be rung
Yet in all the magic
In all the cheer
Take time to pause
for time with those dear
For God's love came down
and graced our Earth's Sky
In giving his gift, for you and I
Let's pause in our thanks
to the dear Lord above
and share with each other
our kindness and love
I thank each of you
for your presence you see
and how you grace
my life journey

both far and near
